Our talented chef team have decades of experience creating fabulous feasts in London’s palaces, galleries, museums and most exclusive private homes with skills honed in the capital’s finest Michelin starred restaurants.

Our menus are changed seasonally to showcase the very best local produce. These menus are modern British in style with influences drawn from across the globe; although we are happy to create bespoke menus to incorporate your favourite dishes or to work with a design concept.

As well as creating our own flavour masterpieces, we have worked alongside acclaimed chefs to deliver their dishes to cater some very special events.

Our senior chef team works closely with a range of suppliers, carefully curated to ensure our ethos and values are aligned as well as the excellent quality and provenance of the produce.

We only use red tractor approved meats, our fish is sourced from sustainable or responsibly farmed stock and our fresh produce comes from farms in the home counties. We are proud to be able to be able to provide the farm to kitchen miles for all produce.

Our canape menus are changed seasonally to showcase the very best local produce. Boasting a delicious array of mouthwatering flavours, from showcasing classics with a twist to introducing contemporary ingredients; canapes are always a favourite way to satisfy the most discerning of guests.

Whilst each season brings a new favourite, many of our canapes become AC classics and appear year after year on our menus – our renowned coddled quail’s egg on brioche croute is just one example of a returning hero.

We are proud to have developed a zero waste canape, our smokey fishcake is made from excess fish and breadcrumbs (from other dishes being produced in our kitchens). This is just one of many sustainability initiatives undertaken by our chefs.

Each immaculately identical canape is presented with flair and style on one of countless trays from our atelier, selected to suit the style and location of your event, from contemporary platters and ornate gold picture frames to skateboards, wheatgrass and everything in between.

Our bowl food menus are changed seasonally to showcase the very best local produce. These menus are an opportunity to showcase an eclectic mix of flavours from around the globe.

With classic British favourites such as sausage and mash and fish and chips  – both with a contemporary AC twist, alongside Thai green curry, vegan chilli, Korean pulled pork and even a mini charcuterie board there is plenty to suit all guest appetites.

Our bowl food is also a chance to sample some of our favourite starters and main courses as our talented chefs have created miniature versions of them.

We always offer an array of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and are happy to create bespoke menus to enhance a particular event concept.

We are delighted to offer authentic regional Asian catering through our diffusion catering brand Maia by the AC. Maia, meaning Admirable in Hindi, enables us to offer authentic cuisine coupled with our extensive operational and venue experience.
